MEET KAROLINA - THE PASSION AND EXPERTISE BEHIND SKIN ATELIER
Hi, I’m Karolina – Founder and Owner of Skin Atelier.My professional journey in the beauty industry began formally in 2008, when I graduated in Beauty Therapy from Lincoln College. However, my fascination with skincare, dermatology and human anatomy started much earlier, in the early 2000s, when I first entered the beauty profession. From the very beginning, I was driven not only by creativity, but by a deep respect for science, precision and the transformative power of expertly delivered treatments.Beauty and wellness are not simply my career — they are my vocation. Over the years, I have devoted myself to continuous professional development, refining both my technical expertise and clinical understanding in this ever-evolving field. My work is grounded in knowledge, advanced training and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
In 2012, I established Skin Atelier — a refined, results-driven space where aesthetic expertise meets a holistic philosophy. Here, beauty is approached comprehensively: I consider not only the condition of the skin, but also each client’s lifestyle, daily skincare rituals and overall wellbeing. Every treatment is meticulously tailored, ensuring a highly personalised and elevated experience.Between 2014 and 2019, I completed numerous advanced specialist trainings in nail artistry, manicure and pedicure techniques, advanced facial therapies, eyelash extensions and body piercing. My primary focus, however, has always remained on corrective and problem-skin treatments, where precision, knowledge and individualised care are essential. Throughout my career, I have earned multiple British and international certifications in cosmetology and advanced skincare technologies, strengthening my position as a qualified and trusted expert in the field.The year 2024 marked a distinguished milestone for Skin Atelier. The brand was honoured by the IBAC Magazine Awards with prestigious titles including “Beauty Skin Expert of the Year 2024” and “Premium Brand: Skin Atelier.” These accolades recognise not only years of expertise, but also the dedication, integrity and uncompromising standards that define my work.Furthermore, Skin Atelier has been officially certified as a Legal Trusted Company by the IBAC Trusted Business Council and the The International Business Awards Council — a distinction that affirms our commitment to professionalism, transparency and excellence within the beauty industry.At Skin Atelier, every detail reflects expertise, refinement and care.
