1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, online shop, and the booking of beauty treatments at Skin Atelier. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Online Bookings & Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, social media, or phone.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final price of the treatment.
- Health Declaration: Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions, or medications. By booking, you guarantee that all medical disclosures are truthful. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following:
- 48-Hour Rule: You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before, the deposit is forfeited.
- No-Show: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
- Timing: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for consultation forms.
- Delays: Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to maintain our schedule. The full price remains payable.
- Over 15 Minutes: Arrival more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a “No-Show,” resulting in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Gift Vouchers
- Validity: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher expires and cannot be extended.
- Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.
- Usage: No cash change is given if the service cost is lower than the voucher value; the balance remains valid for future use within the original validity period.
6. Online Shop (E-commerce)
- Returns: You have 14 days to return unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products with broken seals cannot be returned.
- Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout.
7. Liability
Skin-Atelier is not responsible for adverse reactions if the client failed to disclose relevant medical history. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.
8. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness). We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only necessary data for booking and order fulfillment.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
